I’m removing the Keys from the ignition.

I’m Chocking the drivers side Drive Tire.

I’m Checking under the vehicle looking for leaks or puddles.
I’m Checking the vehicle to see if it’s leaning to the Right or to the Left? 
This would indicate a deflated air bag, broken spring or a flat tire.
It's in good working order.

I’m Checking the Truck Clearance Lights, mounted securely, amber in color none are missing or damaged, they’re in good working order.

I’m Checking the Headlight Housings mounted securely clear in color, not cracked or damaged, they’re in good working order.

I’m Checking the Turn Singles mounted securely, amber in color not cracked or damaged, they’re in good working order.

I’m Checking the Radiator Reservoir its mounted securely not cracked or damaged, not leaking, the fluid level is correct. Its in good working order.
(Do not remove the cap when engine is hot).
Note: Most of the Reservoirs are clear so you can see the fluid level, if not they will have a sight glass.

I’m Checking the Windshield Washer Fluid Reservoir its mounted securely not cracked or damaged not leaking, the fluid level is correct. Its in good working order.

I’m Checking the Drive Shaft its mounted securely, not twisted, bent or damaged. 
No weld or repair marks.
Its in good working order.

I’m Checking the front and rear
 U Joints they’re mounted securely, not damaged, no weld or repair marks 
and clear of debris.
They’re in good working order.

I’m Checking the Gooseneck Coupler it’s mounted securely to the Turnover Ball its not cracked or damaged , no weld or repair marks.
It’s in good working order.
I’m Checking the Locking Handle it’s in the locked position. Its not cracked or damaged , no weld or repair marks.
It’s in good working order.

I’m Checking the Turnover Ball mounted securely to the bed and frame of the truck its not cracked or damaged , no weld or repair marks.
Its in good working order.

Hydraulic Brake Test: Leak Test
I’m Pumping the brake pedal down three times and holding it down for five seconds.
Slowly Count Five Seconds outload!
The brake pedal did not move. It’s in good working order.

I’m approaching the Railroad Crossing I’m turning on my 4 Way Emergency Flashers at 200 feet before the Railroad Crossing and I will be in the Right Lane.
 I will check the traffic behind me using my mirrors.
 I will Stop the truck at 15 to 50 feet before the Railroad Tracks and
  roll down the windows and turnoff all noise makers, radio. CB’s etc..
I will make sure there is enough room to cross the tracks.
I will carefully look and listen down both directions of the track.

I’m making sure the truck is at least two feet off the road.

"Here in Arkansas they have started a new rule called form A B or C where the examiner can either start you on the front of the truck the 5th wheel or rear of the trailer and make you work forward to the front. I drew the form B where I had to do in cab air break tug test then he started me at the 5th wheel worked my way to the back of the trailer then came up start at the back of the truck and work my way forward we finished the inspection of the passenger side of the engine compartment.
